Have you ever thought about using the Law of Attraction in your business?
I know some people may not believe in that, but I believe that there is a higher power working for all of us and whether or not you believe it is the Law of Attraction, powers from the universe or in your father in heaven, there is a universal law as it relates to every aspect of your life and business is one of them.
If you want to create more success in your business then focus on YOURSELF first. Focus on being the best person that you can be. Find out what it is that you want more of and in this case it is more success in your business. It always starts with you. If you want
more you have to give more. Take some time and be with yourself, go off to a quiet place for maybe 15-20 minutes a day and just begin a creative workshop in your mind and start to create in your mind the person that you want to become, the business you want to have, the things that you want to come into your life, into your business. If you focus on this everyday for the next 30 days there will start to become a shift in what you see around you and how you are attracting people, places, events that will help you grow your business.
Using and changing your mindset can literally change your business in a very short period of time. You always attract back into your life what you put out. Words of caution, when you do this exercise, DO NOT come from a place of need. Do not say “I need more money, or I need more people in my business” If you do that you are telling your mind that you are in a state of need and you will put that out and your thoughts will bring back or attract to you more need and the things that you are trying to create will never come to you. I had to learn that the hard way. I stayed in a place of need for so long that it was just a habit and what I expected.
Speaking of expectation, always expect to receive everything that you are creating with great anticipation and do not worry. Worry is just emotionally rehearsing what you do not want to happen.
You can use the Law of Attraction in everything that you do. Think about what it is that you really want in your life and in your business, see what is not working, where you want to go and deliberately focus on that and put forth positive action behind it, Go out and find ways to help others and gradually step by step you will start to attract to you so much success in your business you will wonder why you never tried this before.
Business and company law comes under the umbrella of commercial law, being the area that dictates and drives ethical and legal business practices in both the private and public sectors of the economy. It bestows the legal framework within which all businesses may be originated and structured, as well as how commercial behaviour is conducted. Commerce and company law covers a wide variety of topics relating to the law of partnerships, limited partnerships, franchises, limited liability companies, corporations and agency.
In today’s current economic climate businesses are finding it harder than ever to streamline operations, experience growth or to expand into other markets. Many issues arise around the legality of such manoeuvres and if one is ‘not well advised’ the next business move could be your last due to myriad of legal ramifications. The body of commercial law is dynamic and constantly evolving. Without the assistance of a specialist company and commerce law firm, it is near impossible to keep up to date with these changes and detailed knowledge on all the facets of commercial law that affect yourself, your business and its strategies.
In New Zealand, The Companies Act 1993 and associated legislation changes it brought, changed the governance documentation and statutory context within which companies operate. A concern for enterprise owners is the new responsibilities and potential liabilities that were legalised after the formation of the act, a trend that is continuing today. Since 1993 government agencies, such as The Ministry of Economic Development have constantly altered the status quo and requirements of businesses through the development of policies and direction in company and commerce law. In a prime example in 2005, the Ministry provided policy advice on the Business Reform Law Bills 2006, which aims to improve industry laws by revising several statutes at once. To date, over 200 changes to over 15 Acts of Parliament have been completed under this reform.
No matter what stage an enterprise is in, whether start-up, development or winding down, there are important legal guidelines that must be adhered to. A reputable law firm will be able to advise on such topics, including general trade / production advice, compliance with both New Zealand and international law, tax requirements, employment law, terms of trade and trademark, copyright and intellectual property. Those firms with much experience in company and commerce law will go further and be able to provide advice on company and corporate strategy, along with optimising enterprise structures.
Homeowners with high monthly mortgage payments who are trying to refinance their home will find that the market value of their home might have dropped. Homes are losing value to such an extent that lenders are not refinancing mortgages like they used to. But VA mortgage refinance programs are helping those with either a veteran mortgage or a conventional mortgage to refinance at very favorable rates.
The U.S. Government has made it easy for lenders to refinance an existing veteran mortgage at more favorable rates as VA loans are guaranteed by the U.S. Government. The streamlined process is very fast and there are few qualifications. Before homeowners get a VA mortgage refinance loan, lenders can provide a new estimated monthly payment. This provides a good estimate for those in financial trouble who need to chose a VA refi that will provide the most help.
A VA refi can lower monthly payments and depending on the type of loan, cash at closing for the borrower may be an option. A lender will take into account your reason for needing a VA refi to determine the best loan option. The amount of equity you have in your home will determine if you can get cash out. With interest rates at an all time low, a VA mortgage refinance may just be the answer to your financial problems.
